C.R.I.S.S.
In order for a Bisson employee to be Empowered, he/she must be Trusted. In order to be Trusted, an employee must be Trustworthy. A Trustworthy employee is one who has achieved the critical combination of skill and character to warrant Trust. This combination is summed up in Bisson's core Values: Competence, Respect, Integrity, Stewardship and Service ("CRISS").

All Bisson employees understand the meaning of the words represented by CRISS. Bisson's initial orientation, followed by a steady stream of communication, emphasize the importance of CRISS Values to delivering "Service you can Trust from People who Care." Semi-annual performance reviews and an annual Compass Award banquet (at which employees voted by their peers as being most representative of CRISS at work are recognized) make it clear that internalization of CRISS values is central to future advancement at Bisson.
